1.     What are the Information Sources on the Web?
Answer:
The World Wide Web offers a rich source of information for the business researcher. Find the tolls that best fit your purposes; but generally, use more than one. For example, begin with a meta–search engine, such as Ask.com, Clusty, Dogpile, Google, HotBot, Live search or Yahoo.

·         Sources of Global Business Information
·         Sources of marketing and Advertising Information
·         Sources of Real Estate Information

2.     How to evaluate sources?
Answer:
A researcher must evaluate sources reliability and continue to search for data until satisfied that, within the time and budget constraints of the research project , the most valid and reliable sources have been found. The following five criteria will help you evaluate the reliability of secondary sources:

·         Timeliness
·         Relevance
·         Accuracy
·         Quality
·         Cost


3.     How can we extracting data and keeping records?
Answer:
To use data effectively, you must know when and how to record data verbatim (word for word, exactly as written) from sources and when and how to paraphrase information. Keeping records of data sources is an essential part of the research process.
Verbatim Data:
·         Prepare reference card or sheet for each source used.
·         Use a separate card or sheet for each quotation
·         Copy material exactly as it appears in your source.

Paraphrased Data:
Paraphrase data are data that you have restarted in your own words.
